I have spoken with Marcus and discussed the way we work. He said he is open to using our 213FILMING contract as long as it covers some of the key points they have in their rental agreement. He sent me a copy of their agreement and it's pretty basic. We should be able to work with these guys.

Back in the day we worked with Karl who was there handling filming in house for year. I spoke with Randal during COVID and he said Karl had retired and Gina Wade was taking over repping the place and the Theater.
