Hi Mike,

We do some filming. We get the big films a couple times a year.

We normally charge around $850/hr when closed and $1200/hr when open.

We are open everyday 12pm-11pm at night and try not to be disruptive to our normal clients and for our other events.

We have a great relationship with our landlord

We only have about 8 parking spaces, pack it in and closer to 15. We have a valet we use for events - I also have relationships with neighbors for some additional parking, also if we need to use their spaces to set up catering / etc. I sit on the board for our BID (business improvement district) so we get a lot of support and we support the neighborhood in return.
