Its 8100 sq ft per floor so very large

+ 2nd floor can be added on and thats another 8100 sq ft thou not sure we will keep second floor forever, we are testing out the demand for it for now thru end of 2021 at least

+ 1st floor will eventually be offices but is also wide open now, about 4000 sq feet + eventual 12-14 tandem spots on site + we had ease renting a lot a few blocks away for 30 more cars so those options do exist too

-state of the art custom lighting inside and out

-use of brand new full commercial kitchen

-bridal suite / green room avail on 2nd floor included (soon to be furnished but not yet)

-accordion doors create an amazing indoor/ outdoor connection

- we of course will do events next year too but now its wide open for shoots as primary goal (or temp production space even)
