The location is actually the headquarters for a company called Passes which is a Tech Company.

It's 30,000 square foot campus with roughly 50 people working there during the week.

Weekends are open and available to film at a cheaper rate then week days.

Weekdays:

Shoot is $35,000

Prep is $10,000

Strike is $10,000

Additionally, there is $45/hr fee of a site rep, plus a fee for a security guard to stay overnight.

Weekends:

Shoot is $25,000

Prep is $5,000

Strike is $5,000
