Rden Bar is what replaced Wood and Vine. It is shuttered, but filmable.

I asked Avi about a price of $7,500 to $10K for a day of filming and he thought that was a bit light, but he might be able to work with it. Certainly if we stay out of the Taft lobby and building it makes sense.
